The Scoop On Vacation Rentals Clearwater Beach

By Ted Strothers

Florida is a fantastic vacation spot, no matter if you are single, part of a couple, or a large family. There are lots of places to stay during your vacation, but not every spot is for everyone. For example, hotels are great if you want a lot of amenities, but they can be expensive, especially if your trip is for several days or weeks. Instead, you should consider vacation rentals Clearwater Beach for extended stays.

Many long-term rentals are either apartments or condos. These vary greatly in size and can hold anywhere from one to a dozen people. Studios and one bedrooms units can house a single person or a couple easily. Many have swimming pools and are close to points of interest, just like an apartment that you might live in would be.

If an apartment or condo aren't large enough, then there are many villas and houses that you can rent in the area as well. These are great for large families or even business trips where several people have to travel at once to the same place. You can fit a dozen people or maybe even more, depending on the size.

The extras that you want may be available, depending on where you stay. While there isn't room service like a hotel, you will likely have a full kitchen, a place to wash clothes, and privacy. These amenities alone may be worth the rental price, which is often much lower than that of a hotel.

A hotel could cost up to hundreds a night, but a vacation rental will likely cost quite a bit less. Just be aware that if you are traveling during warm holidays like the Fourth of July, the price could increase exponentially. If you are looking to save money, go during a non-peak time and book as far in advance as you can.

Think outside of the box next time you want to go to the beach, and stay at a rental instead of a traditional hotel room. You will save money, have more privacy, and still have lots of amenities to choose from. The money you save can be used to eat out, on souvenirs, or just save it for a rainy day.
