Home sales in this town over the past four years have been quite erratic, and this is not surprising considering the socioeconomic conditions lately. The median for home sales in 2012 was $110,000, a much more impressive figure than $ 60,000 in 2010. 2012 median figures for real estate property taxes without considering mortgages was $1,100, and it was $883 regarding any mortgages.

Considering mortgages, the median value of taxes for these estates was estimated to be $838 while that without mortgages was estimated at $1,100 in 2012.

Centrally located in the Prairies, the location and climate of Cando makes it ideal for outdoor activities and is famous for its hunting activities including that of ducks, big games and waterfowls. This town also contains a beautiful golf course, a theater, and five churches and has its history being displayed in a museum. A very renowned institution in North Dakota is just 30 miles away from the city. There are also a few living centers and a medical center as also an airport and heliports as well. Alongside the usual local businesses and banks, this town also has a few schools and colleges and a good library.

A beautiful state, North Dakota offers diverse pleasures. Real estates in Cando have proven to be very attractive as it is a prime hunting and outdoor recreational location. After considering the statistics, this city can be seen to have been growing since 2010 both economically and in terms of value of real estates. Although the values of its medians lie below that of the state, Cando is appealing, with its plethora of lakes, plots and farmhouses. Even otherwise, this city proves to be worth time spending into, with its rich outdoor activities, climate and its natural beauty.
